If you get error ‘client id is not valid or not registered in our database’ in our payment/download page,
1. Make sure you entered correct client id without space.
Example:
DC0012 (Zerodha)
1200141 (Upstox)
2. Only registered users can make payment through our payment page OR download files from our downloads page. If you are a new user then
- Download and install EtaTrader (Zerodha or Upstox as applicable)
- Take API subscription from Broker
- Do a successful login in EtaTrader. This will automatically register your client id in our database

Once the client id is registered, you can make payment or download. If you still get any error, drop an email to support@howutrade.in
