Refund Policy

We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our software, that we’re willing to offer a 3 day risk-free money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the software for any reason you can cancel the license and get a refund within 3 days of making a purchase.

For our services (custom software/program/code development, cloud server setup, technical support etc), we will issue a refund only for the unused portion of the service.

Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive the refund amount in to your account within 5-10 business days.

If you made payment through Razorpay PG then the refund will be processed through Razorpay via the same payment mode used by the customer, you can track your refund status at https://razorpay.com/support/#refund

If you made payment through PayTM PG then the refund will be processed through PayTm via the same payment mode used by the customer, know more about refund process at https://support.paytm.com/cst-support/ticket-refund

In case of direct transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS and UPI) in our bank account, you need to share your bank details to sales@howutrade.in, and we will transfer the refund amount to your account.
